IT experts continue to find employment in the technology sector lucrative, particularly in the United Kingdom. In the first three months of 2022, startups located in the UK raised £9.25 billion, that’s a large revenue. Bristol has set the pace for growth in 2022, with over 500 new technology jobs anticipated to be added in the following year.

While Bristol is seeing rapid growth, no city can match London in terms of the sheer quantity of jobs that are vacant. In the last 12 months, London listed 308,882 IT jobs; this is at least ten times higher than many other cities in the UK. It is no surprise, with those many job openings, London sits on the top of the highest median tech wage, which is at £49,685.
